The Magic Pokemon Closet

Scott and Zeb have taken to playing Pokemon for HOURS at a time. Although we started out as Pokemon fearing parents, we have not been able to hold our ground. For years, when friends or cousins would give Zeb Pokemon cards, we would stick them on a high shelf in our closet. (Why we lacked the wherewithal to just throw them away, I don't rightly know) We have been able to hold out against the inane TV show since only 3 of our TV channels work and I think only one of those is in English. However, Pokemon fever is in full force with the two of them. Scott praises the game's complexity, use of math skills and strategy. Zeb's rationale is: I just like it.
A couple days ago, he said to me, "Do you remember how every time I used to go in your closet, I'd find Pokemon cards in there?"
"Ah." I say. "Maybe it was a magic closet."
"Like in Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe?"
"Mmm. Maybe."
Busted. And we thought we were so sly...
